I am Kwang-shin Kim, the major of Jung-gu, Daejeon.
With the order to revive Jung-gu given by the people of Jung-gu at the forefront of my mind,
I will do my best for Jung-gu, where three generations become one.

I will serve the people in a humble manner,
finding answers by going to visit the residents where they are, and listening to their clear voices.
